Join us with or without experience, and we will succeed together as a team!Job Title: DesignerResponsibilities:This individual is responsible for updating and producing art and copy layouts for print production - 75%Draft mock-ups of designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required - 25%Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our clientsWork on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlinesSupport clients in effectively conveying their message in print or digital media using color, type, illustration, and other various techniquesInterpret customer requests and turn ideas into tangible productsActively communicate with clients and staff to understand and deliver design material to their satisfactionQualifications:Adobe Creative Suite experience requiredProficient in both MAC and PCExcellent project and time managementAbility to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writingCreativity and problem solving skillsHave an eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to accurately discern colorsSelf-disciplinedThe ability to work independentlyBenefits:Bonus based on performanceFlexible scheduleOpportunity for advancementCoaching and feedback from a supportive teamAn enjoyable work environment you can be proud ofCompensation: $20.00 per hour
