Role Description The Prepress & Graphic Design Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. Qualifications Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, clarifying job specifications, and providing status updates.Graphics and graphic design skills for preparing print-ready files, creating layouts, and adjusting artwork for different formats.Creativity skills and branding experience to maintain consistent visual identity across client and internal materials.Basic proficiency with industry-standard design and prepress software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).High attention to detail, accuracy in reviewing files, and ability to follow technical print specifications.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with print processes, large-format printing, or construction-related documents is a plus.Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is beneficial.
