_**Overview of Accountabilities:**_ * Coordinates with operations and customer service in planning and executing the introduction of new jobs. * Troubleshooting files; figuring out a problem with a file that has flagged as a potential problem; communicating with customer service for any special request that is file related. * Comfortable with large numbers, quick at mental math and have spatial manipulation capacity to ensure high Flat utilization.
