This is not a design-only position We are searching for an experienced energetic and self-motivated prepress production professional/graphic designer with excellent work ethics, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. You will be expected to: • Preflight and prepare all incoming files for production • Typeset and layout various items including but not limited to business cards, stationary packages, brochures and newsletters • Color correct, knockout and touch up photos • Work on multiple projects simultaneously • Generate contract proofs • Work directly with clients • Design items from conception to completion • Communicate clearly with internal teams Requirements: • 3-5 years experience including extensive understanding of basic design principles including typography, color and composition • Experience in print production including trapping, process and spot colors preferred • Accurate typesetting ability • Mac and PC OS • Advanced to expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Professional, and Microsoft Office • Experience with Kodak's Prinergy workflow a plus, but not required • Ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail, maintain professionalism and high quality of work Candidates meeting these prerequisites should forward their portfolio and resume for consideration.
