Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Presentation Designer – Sales Enablement in Minneapolis, MN.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days onsite, 2 days remote

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $26–$31/hour on W2

Potential: Extension and possible conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a Presentation Designer to support sales enablement and business development initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This role will focus on creating visually compelling, professional, and client-facing presentations and sales collateral.

The ideal candidate has strong PowerPoint and information design skills and can transform complex business, product, and data-driven information into clear, engaging visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

Design client-facing sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and other sales enablement materials.Create and customize B2B presentations aligned with business and sales objectives.Transform complex information, data, product capabilities, and value propositions into clear visual stories.Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, charts, data visualizations, and other storytelling elements.Partner with sales, marketing, product, and subject matter experts to develop effective client-facing materials.Maintain consistent branding, quality, and visual standards across deliverables.Coordinate content development, presentation creation, reviews, and approvals.Maintain and organize presentation and content libraries within sales enablement platforms.Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in presentation design, information design, graphic design, or a related field.Strong experience creating PowerPoint presentations and client-facing sales collateral.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, information design, and data visualization.Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and time-management skills.Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and translate them into compelling visual content.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sales enablement or content management platforms, particularly Seismic.Experience creating B2B sales presentations, pitch decks, finalist presentations, proposals, or RFP materials.Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry.Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams.
