You'll work directly with the CEO on daily pitch decks, sales collateral, product presentations, Summit keynotes, and partner proposals. This is a fully onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. You'll be in the building, in the room, and on the call. We want to see decks you've built for sports teams, leagues, sports-adjacent brands, or agencies pitching into the sports industry — not sports as a personal interest, but as professional output • Expert-level PowerPoint and Keynote (not "proficient" — genuinely fast and fluent) • Strong design instincts: typography, layout, color hierarchy, white space. • You're responsive and fast — this is a high-velocity role with shifting priorities • You are deadline-oriented and can manage your time with shifting priorities • You are a reliable communicator, and can provide daily updates and communication • You can handle confidential client materials (NFL, NBA, EPL teams) with discretion What Success Looks Like in 90 Days.
