The positions are currently Remote, however will be going Hybrid & then Fully on- Site The facility requires everyone to be fully vaccinated prior to starting RECOGNIZED ACCOMODATION) Job description Responsibilities: The Presentation Specialist is responsible for creating and editing PowerPoint presentation, Word documents, graphing Excel charts, and for other general desktop publishing duties Create multi-page / multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitch books, graphs, charts, and other print / design projects Candidate manages his / her workflow and deadlines, review all outgoing product for accuracy and quality, and needs to deliver his / her jobs on-time Support operations with performance metrics like quality of work, efficiency of production, and utilization Produce high-quality pitch books, maps, and ad hoc projects Requirements: Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word – Styles – Creating – Applying – Modifying – Ordered bullets and numbering – Section-based Behaviors – Section Breaks – Headers and Footers – Different First Page – Odd and Even Pages – Page Numbering – Tables PowerPoint – Templates – Layouts – Use of Graphics – Tables – Animation Excel – Charts – Formulas – Tables – Vlookups – Pivot Tables / Charts Extensive knowledge of specialized applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics Exceptional customer service and client interaction skills Ability to deliver time-sensitive custom PowerPoint and Word templates, covers, advanced Excel charts / tables / graphs and maps on-time and on- deadline Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends Can interpret complex ideas visually Proficient in ArcGIS mapping a plus Advanced presentation design / layout creation and editing skills Exceptional customer service and client interaction skills Able to proof own work Exposure to Onsite and Offshore working models a plus Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed Financial industry experience a plus 5-years of successful experience leveraging the full MS Office Suite as well as Adobe Creative Suite skills, to deliver time sensitive product in a professional services environment
