Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Presentation Specialist / DTP Specialist / Graphic Designer
to join a fast-paced Presentation Technology team supporting high-profile investment banking and corporate clients. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, pitch books, deal documents, marketing materials, and custom graphics while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a deadline-driven corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and format high-quality marketing and presentation materials, including:
Pitch books
Deal books
Presentation decks
Covers
Templates
Infographics
Marketing collateral
Develop creative PowerPoint presentations and provide conceptual and visual design enhancements.
Design and produce logos, maps, illustrations, icons, and custom graphics.
Support motion graphics and multimedia presentation requirements where applicable.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to corporate branding standards and provide guidance on brand usage.
Collaborate with workflow coordinators and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
Perform quality control on completed work and assist team members with quality reviews.
Maintain accurate job tracking, production records, and billing information.
Assist with workflow intake coordination when required.
Mentor and support new team members following onboarding and training.
Contribute to process improvements and production best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, DTP, or production support within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
Experience supporting financial services, investment banking, or professional services environments is highly preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating recent presentation and graphic design work is required.
