Responsibilities • Strategy: Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experience visions that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms • Be Bold: Create compelling visions and translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity and beauty, despite complexity of the system • Learn fast: Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and motion design. Test your hypotheses with end-users and key stakeholders • Facilitation: Lead cross-functional workshops that help to align the team on design vision and roadmap • Storytelling - Effectively communicate design approach and demonstrate strong storytelling techniques to inspire the team • Managing and mentoring - Coaching and mentoring junior designers on the team in craft and development of key hard and soft skills
