The Graphic Designer will work with the team to help develop marketing and brand management strategies; create designs and layouts for all materials and execution types; help coordinate and maintain Principle’s website; collaborate on social and marketing campaigns; work with external vendors, including analyzing pricing and sales; monitor and evaluate how the brand is perceived by a wide audience. Is passionate about graphic design and art direction Understands brand narrative and visual storytelling Has a passion for design and cohesive branding Believes in the power of collective impact and strength in partnership Is a self‑starter with a desire to learn and grow with every project Thrives in a collaborative environment Management of Principle brand assets for communications including, but not limited to: Experience with WordPress a plus.
