Print and Design Associate

Location: Pack and Mail Shoppe in Plano, Texas. We operate 6 days a week, with 2 to 3 people on the sales floor throughout the day. Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer serviceProcess shipping and mailing transactionsProvide design and print services to our customers using design software and large format printersAssist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and other store servicesOperate our POS system and accurately process paymentsReceive, organize, price, and display local productsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storeSupport local artists, makers, and small businesses by helping showcase and sell their workWork as part of a welcoming and fun team! They will also have experience using commercial printers, finishers, and cutters. Incentive-base pay (bonuses) will paid monthly on top of base pay, based on exceeding sales and service goals.
