Print Graphic Designer (Events & Marketing)

We are looking for one or more designers who will report to the VP of Visual Brand, and work exclusively on design needs for the PragerU Events and Development teams. Ideal candidates will be very familiar with print work, including invitations, mailers, multi-page editorial design, as well as having experience with email and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) as well as Figma and Canva — requiredExperience designing templates for Figma and Canva — preferredExperience with Iterable, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms — preferredExperience with Webflow, Contentful, Shopify and other website platforms — preferredExperience with Html, CSS, Javascript, python, or other coding languages is a plus.Deep knowledge of AI models is a plusExperience with portrait, editorial, production, and conceptual photography — preferredSolid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive designAbility to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines with consistency and creativityProven ability to create cohesive, campaign-level designs across digital platforms (email, web, mobile, print)Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teamsExcellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlinesHigh attention to detail with strong commitment to quality control and design accuracyFamiliarity with preparing assets for both digital and print formatsPast experience in Fundraising and Events environments is a plusOpen to travelling for day-of Event needs, when necessary In your cover letter, include a section explaining how your values align with ours, and why you would want to specifically work at PragerU.
