Some design work for other US Chess departments is required, with the goal of ensuring the consistent design, branding and articulation of US Chess’ desired image and position internally and externally. Employees must disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest and comply with US Chess conflict-of-interest policies, including restrictions related to outside affiliations, tournament operations, or vendor relationships. Employment with US Chess is at will, meaning that either the employee or US Chess may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
