Cedar House Media, a local Print Company is looking for an instore Customer Service Rep. We are a dynamic, busy company with huge growth potential and are looking for the right person to join our team to help us expand and grow. You would be someone with a great deal of positive energy who likes to work in a busy environment! Requirement Qualifications *At least 3-5 years' experience with print customer service and file pre-press is preferable but willing to train the right person that has graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications. *Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and stay organized. Scope of Work *Scheduling and processing work orders for Large Format Printing and some digital printing projects *Communicating with clients as needed *Delivering print jobs on-time (with prepared paperwork) *Assisting with printing quotes and sales *Running Jobs on digital presses and operating bindery equipment.
