To support a growing direct mail program, the Print Marketing Designer will manage the end-to-end design process for print marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals in a fully remote capacity for candidates outside the San Francisco area. Key responsibilities Own the design and creative development for direct mail campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing objectives Oversee the full production process, preparing print-ready files and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and accuracy Implement rapid A/B testing cycles and iterate designs based on performance data to optimize creative outputs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 4-7 years of experience in print design, particularly in direct mail or high-volume production Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma Deep knowledge of print production processes, including color management and prepress requirements Strong organizational skills and experience managing production timelines with print vendors
