Print Marketing Production Assistant

Phoenix based Print Marketing Company seeks Entry Level Production Team Members: Imagine… working with a company that knows that YOU are the key to its success in the marketplace. Tasks include, but are not limited to prepping files for printing, running and maintaining printing equipment, garment preparation, finishing/post production, packaging and shipping, pick up and delivery of materials. Perform all duties in a manner consistent with the culture of the company and with the spirit of teamwork. General Responsibilities: Assist team members and customers with print marketing projects to include, but not limited to, print media, vehicle graphics and wraps, screen printed and embroidered garments, signage, flyers, brochures, logos and other assorted requests Assist in the printing process of marketing materials Assist in maintaining company brand standards and managing vendor alignment to standards for both customers and the company Coordinate with team members to maintain effective visual messaging presentation for all production activities Assist in the creation of Lean workflows to eliminate the 8 Deadly Wastes Collaborate on production strategies and assist in the implementation of them Collaborate in finding creative and lean solutions Provide additional support to team members as needed KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES Skills: Knowledge and working capabilities with Mutoh Digital Printers, Xerox Versant, M&R; Digital Dark Room , M&R; Screen Printing, Barudan Embroidery and/or Shop Sabre CNC is a definite plus, but absolutely not required.
