Our Overnight shift print operators only work 34-36 hours per week, but maintain compensation for a 40-hour work week. Are you a print nerd, mechanically inclined and/or interested in gaining skills that will keep you in demand through the 21st century? Are you detail- oriented and looking for a role where you can immediately grow into a team leader? -Learn how to operate and troubleshoot state-of-the-art digital printing technology -Work alongside the sales, graphic design and logistics teams to communicate any updates, changes or issues -Help with outgoing logistics -Maintain detailed records via production management software -Design and implement processes and systems to enable Canworks to scale rapidly Be prepared to demonstrate and/or provide: -5+ years of work experience (does not have to all be in Printing) -Past mechanical experience preferred -Experience operating digital printers preferred -References from prior employers -Proof of education, bachelors preferred (but not a deal breaker) Understand: -We are a startup, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding -Warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy -This role will require heavy lifting up to 75lbs -As we grow, you may have the opportunity to manage people -Previous brewing, canning, and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required -Canworks is a startup.
