Minuteman Press in La Mesa is seeking a Production Associate / Graphic Designer to join us full time. Seeking an experienced print shop professional skilled in preparing files, and operating digital printers and finishing equipment. The position is responsible for working directly with customers, preparing customer files and running our small format digital printers, finishing and bindery equipment, and managing the production workflow.
Experience:
Design and prepress using Adobe Creative Suite
Small and large format digital printers in a print shop environment
Color management
Proficient in printing materials
Bindery equipment and processes
Quality control
Expectations:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff
Highly organized, detail-oriented, quality control
Proficient in math and units of measurements
A level of strength and comfort with computers and related technology
Must thrive in a deadline-driven work environment
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
