Print Production & Designer

This person would work closely with clients to produce their printed materials to exacting standards. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Perfect Press Printing is a growing commercial print shop in Bellevue, Washington specializing in commercial and special event printing. Our customers range from Fortune 500 businesses to local entrepreneurs to couples getting married. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have excellent customer service skills; • Be very organized and detail oriented; • Handle many jobs simultaneously and prioritize work according to expected delivery dates; • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; • Have excellent communication skills; • Degree in Graphic Design or 1+ years graphic design experience; • Computer Skills: \\- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); \\- MSFT Office RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Printing (digital) and coordinating with press operator on non-digital orders; • Preparing artwork for print production; • Assisting clients with layout, logos, and graphic design; • Answering customer's questions by email and by phone; • Consulting with clients on design ideas; • Operating print equipment to produce print orders, perform color matching, and design proofs; • Monitoring print quality on each job to ensure a high quality final product; • Communicating clearly with our clients and team; • Simple bindery (spiral binding, lamination, various other bindery equipment); • Tracking paper inventory and daily ordering of paper.
