Provide world-Class customer service support to all customers with a focus on Print customers: Take orders, verify the accuracy of orders received by other team members is and that customers files when provided are printable and accurate. • Assisting clients with their projects via phone, email, or in person. • Knowledge of Graphic Design principles, such as hierarchy, typography, and vector vs. raster • Experience in a busy print for pay environment a huge plus • Print or Sign Shop experience a huge plus • Be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, minimum two years, required, Microsoft Office & excel a plus • An attention to detail, precision and focus are key attributes • Being a problem solver in a fast-passed print environment is critical • Growth-focused & business-minded • To be a self-starter who can work in a team or independently with minimal supervision and ask for clarification and help when it is necessary • Typing 60+ WPM.
