Print Production Graphic Designer (Screen Printing & Embroidery) at Miami Mixed Media

We’re looking for our next team member to join the MMM Team About the Role This is a hybrid creative + production role, ideal for someone who: • Understands color separations • Designs with ink counts, underbases, traps, and stitch limitations in mind • Wants to be close to the production floor, not separated from it What You’ll Be DoingScreen Printing & Embroidery Artwork • Create and prep artwork specifically for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF • Build and adjust color separations (spot colors, simulated process, underbases, traps) • Prepare files with real production constraints in mind (ink limits, mesh counts, registration) • Review and proof files for: • * Correct sizing & placement • Clean separations • Embroidery readiness (DST/EMB expectations, stitch logic) • Collaborate with production to solve artwork issues before they hit press or machines Who We’re Looking For (This Is Important) • 1–3 years experience in print production, screen printing, or embroidery artwork • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus) • Real understanding of how color separations work in screen printing • Familiarity with embroidery artwork requirements (even if not digitizing yourself) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable • Communicates clearly with designers, printers, and operators
