We’re looking for a hands-on Print Production Graphic Designer who understands how artwork translates into screen printing and embroidery—not just how it looks on a screen. 1–3 years experience in print production, screen printing, or embroidery artwork Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus) Real understanding of how color separations work in screen printing Familiarity with embroidery artwork requirements (even if not digitizing yourself) Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Communicates clearly with designers, printers, and operators For the right person, growth opportunities include:
