Print Production Graphic Designer - Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Print Production Operations Assistant with basic graphic design capability to join our team. This is a hybrid operations + design support role where the majority of the work focuses on production coordination, order tracking, and data entry, while also supporting the design team with artwork preparation and file organization. • 1–3 years experience in a production environment, graphic design role, or administrative operations role • Strong organizational and data entry skills • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required) • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, simple formulas) • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple production tasks at once • Strong communication and teamwork skills
