Print Production / Graphic Designer

Anchor Sign is seeking new team members with experience operating large-format digital print equipment and producing graphics files (i.e., creating CAD or CNC files in a production environment). We are a global leader in designing, fabricating, and installing exterior and interior signage for leading brands such as Amazon, Bank of America, Krispy Kreme, Olive Garden, Shake Shack, Long Horns, Home Depot, and TJ Maxx, and our digital imaging center is an integral part of our manufacturing operation.

Specific Requirements

Qualified candidates for this position will have proficiency with:

Design software used in the production environment (i.e., Adobe, Corel, SignLab, SigmaNest, etc).Raster Image Processor (RIP) software and file setup (i.e., Onyx, Flexi, etec.).Physical media output (i.e., plotting and printing vinyl, laminates, etc.).Standard measurements and conversions found in design renderings.Databases, file organization and management.Safe work practices in accordance with company policies and established procedures.Maintaining a clean, organized work area and performing preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.Completing tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.Performing any additional duties assigned by management.Work Experience Requirements

Signage experience preferred but not required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Strong multi‑tasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be a self‑starter capable of staying motivated with minimal coaching.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Valid Driver's LicenseFirst Shift Hours

6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (= 5 hrs overtime per week)6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Alternating Saturdays (based on need: additional 8hrs overtime)Your employment package includes:
