Print Production Manager

* Must love all things print, paper, and color * Excited to educate others on best practices for top quality printing * Love the brand and know how to be a brand steward when overseeing print projects * Sees oneself as the perfect hybrid between creative and marketing * Must be an active communicator/project manager who is proactive, highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team member * Top-notch organizational abilities, expert color analysis skills and extensive experience with prepress and photographic output * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency * Experience with developing comprehensive schedules and timelines for multiple projects * The position works cross-functionally with other teams within Marketing and is responsible for facilitating effective routing and reviewing of projects through the department * BA or BS degree (or equivalent educational background) * 10 years’ + experience as Print Production Manager in an agency or in-house corporate graphic design department * Must have catalog experience for beloved national retail or ecommerce brand * Expert knowledge of the print production process of 4 color/publications * Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite * Highly Proficient with MS Office * Solid understanding of postal norms and costs For over 20 years, Shutterfly has and will continue to empower customers to make the most out of life’s most memorable moments.
