DH Solutions Pack, Ship N Print is a locally owned, veteran-owned print and shipping center committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality print solutions. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service and quality work.

This position is ideal for someone with print production, shipping, graphic design, or copy center experience who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in producing quality work. We are seeking someone who can confidently assist customers, operate print and shipping equipment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
Process UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Amazon returns.
Assist customers with packaging and shipping services.
Produce business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, invitations, banners, posters, blueprints, and other printed products.
Operate the FotoZoomer print production system.
Operate Ricoh digital production printers.
Operate Canon imagePROGRAF wide-format printers.
Perform copying, scanning, faxing, laminating, binding, cutting, and finishing services.
Prepare customer artwork and print-ready files.
Perform quality control before delivering customer orders.
Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Restock inventory and complete daily operational tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a print shop, copy center, shipping center, sign shop, or similar environment.
Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Amazon returns.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.

Experience with the following is preferred:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Canva
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
FotoZoomer print production software (or the ability to learn quickly)
Ricoh production printers
Canon imagePROGRAF wide-format printers
PDF editing and print file preparation

Use laminating, binding, cutting, and finishing equipment.
Demonstrate excellent customer service while completing assigned tasks.
Troubleshoot basic print and equipment issues.

Introductory Employment Period

All new hires are subject to a 60-day introductory employment period. Continued employment is based on performance, attendance, professionalism, communication, customer service, productivity, and the ability to independently perform the essential duties of the position.
