Review all in-house orders as they come in for errors, shipping times, and special instructions Run cleaning cycles on printers before printing, check for errors Prepare production supplies for the day Put hardware on Bulk frame orders Once per week Inventory supplies Cut foam board Troubleshoot any software issues or printer issues (on the phone with tech support) If need be Light Office cleaning and breaking down cardboard Experience and Knowledge: Large format printing experience: Canon, Epson printers 17” to 60” wide Photoshop and Lightroom knowledge and experience PC & MAC proficient Some knowledge of different media used in printing (canvas, paper, etc.) Knowledge and experience in finishing (grommets, foam board mounting, trimming canvas and paper, etc) Experience using small hand tools (drill, hammer, utility knives) Graphic Design experience a plus Knowledge of color composition and printing process Job Ethics: Punctual Proactive Team Player Positive Attitude
