Print Shop Assistant / Designer

Seeking a successful, driven individual to join our JLC Printing team as a print shop assistant for digital and offset printing. Experience in the Printing industry is highly preferred but not necessary. your primary responsibility will be to receive calls/walk-ins, create computer-generated full-color graphics with clients on the spot as well as over email and output paper printed media, tshirts or vinyl that will be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products from car wraps to substrates to windows. The ideal candidate is a creative, self- motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project their absolute best. Responsibilities: • Monday-Friday Full Time (9:00am- 6:00pm) • You will be responsible for helping customers in providing product and service information, assist with online orders and resolving technical issues • Handle customer inquiries and complaints over phone calls, emails, social media DM • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Handle walk-ins explaining the process of online sign-up/orders and navigating our products and services • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered • Constantly create and post on our social-media platforms on a given daily schedule • Provide support through Online text chat Benefits: •We pay for 2-4 weeks training(Contracted 1099) •After training compensation is between $15-$20 an HOUR, based on prior experience and work ethic •If you are passionate in the graphic design/business/marketing and the printing field you will be able to earn tips in addition to your wages ***Willing to train for the right solid candidate
