Essential activities include printing, copying and finishing printing jobs/orders utilizing graphic design software, digital printing, copying/reproduction, folding and other equipment to produce and complete print orders per customer requirements. Ensure accurate job costing/pricing for the order using BADPS pricing and estimating software. Maintain knowledge of all systems in operation within the print shop. Report and coordinate any needed equipment support and/or service requirements with Sr. Design & Production Associate. • 1 year of customer service experience in retail and/or printing environment
