The Supervisor is given the autonomy to meet company goals in the way they prefer to do so. The President is available to provide help at all levels, from working the front counter to near-term planning and decision making. The Supervisor is eligible for fully paid personal days off, as a reward for meeting company goals (which are reasonable and attainable). They will increasingly have a role in goal setting as their experience increases and trust is built with the supervisor the company President. Additional days to work from home are also available when the company goals are being met.
