Welcome to The Sticker Cartel – a creative hub in DTLA specializing in high-quality custom stickers, decals, packaging, and more. We’re looking for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and dependable to operate and maintain our printing equipment. Experience with UV printers, plotters, laminators, or screen printing is ideal. Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus, but the main focus is print production. Key Responsibilities: • Operate UV printers, plotters, laminators, and other production equipment • Maintain machines (ink refills, head cleaning, basic troubleshooting) • Prep artwork for printing (adjust size, colors, bleed/cut lines) • Quality control: review printed items to ensure color accuracy and clarity • Package and organize finished products • Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines • Keep workspace clean and organized
