Printing company, production and design

Resource Objective: To assist and take the lead in the production needs of local printing company by utilizing a variety of state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. Perform finishing duties for a variety of materials and packaging. Act as backup for other production and graphic design personnel. General Responsibilities: • Manage the flow of orders for large format printing projects utilizing a variety of substrates, ink and finishing methodologies • Work as part of the Production Team to complete customer orders on time and defect free • Communicate order statuses daily with Project and Sales teams • Cross train on our other small format printing equipment and software • To assist, supplement and grow our current graphic design suite of services Qualifications: • Able to work with little or no supervision – self starter • High attention to detail – a critical eye • Experience with graphic design and large format printers, plotters and laminators is a plus • Some lifting of heavy boxes and helping with deliveries to our clients • Organizational skills in every aspect of the job
