Printing company seeking Customer Service Rep / Graphic Designer / Digital Print Production. The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop as well as on the phone and via email. Duties of the Customer Service Rep / Graphic Designer / Digital Print Production candidate will include : • receive phone calls and emails from customers to help them with their printing needs, provide quotes, process orders and provide invoices upon completion of the work. • Handle graphic design projects from start to finish • Preparing files for print production; checking fonts, links and colors, creating bleeds, crops and imposing art when required. • Review job specification from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
