The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our centers as well as on the phone and via email. To be clear about this position, although there is some graphics work (mainly fixing customer files to be print ready as opposed to actual design) and some printing, THE MAIN FOCUS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INSIDE SALES. Have prior experience in a print-for-pay environment Have a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills Experience and interest in Marketing, Design, Printing, Digital Printing, Promotional Products, Signage, Mailing, and Pack & Ship is useful.
