Product and Design Specialist

As a Product and Design Specialist (Product & Décor Specialist) your mission is to enhance the customer experience by strategically developing, positioning and managing a diverse range of products and innovative designs. • Frequent and proactive engagement with manager, sales team, product management, décor management, and other colleagues to actively communicate and collaborate to understand North America market and specific industry needs to ensure future product development aligns with those requirements. • Act as point of contact for product management across all decorative products, ensuring they are well informed about the local needs of the market, while also keeping the North America team updated on the latest changes and developments. • 1-2 years’ experience in product management, interior design, decorative surfaces, industrial design or wood products preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Product Management, Interior Design, or other related field of study.
