Product and Design Specialist

Corporate Strategy & Insights • Translate unstructured business problems into clear frameworks with concise recommendations for senior leadership and the Board, underpinned by data-driven insights • Build and maintain strategy frameworks and methodologies that assess new market opportunities, business models, and partnership opportunities • Collaborate with finance and operations teams on business forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning to inform decision-making • Support Finance in creating robust financial models and scenario analyses that underpin long-range planning • Support annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, driving alignment across the full enterprise • Conduct market research that provides actionable insights on macro trends, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes • Conduct top-down and bottom-up market sizing, macro trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership, customers, and external stakeholders • Strong project-management skills (e.g., workplan development, stakeholder management, ability to meet tight deadlines) • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills • Intellectual curiosity and passion for energy, sustainability, or climate tech markets
