Product and Experience Designer

Seeking a full-time remote Product and Experience Designer, the ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design initiatives, enhance user experiences, and support marketing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment. Key responsibilities: Lead design projects from discovery to launch across web and mobile platforms, creating intuitive workflows and interfaces Map user experiences and facilitate workshops to identify and address friction points in digital products Support marketing campaigns through visual design and maintain cohesion across product experiences and brand expression Required qualifications: 3-5 years of design experience, particularly in creating cohesive experiences across multiple products Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC, with the ability to produce detailed design artifacts Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and the ability to communicate clearly Understanding of user personas and the ability to distill complex needs into effective solutions Experience in healthcare delivery design is preferred but not required
