Product Design Lead

Ignitium: ABX Orchestration Spokane, Washington

As part of the product trio, the Product Designer is accountable for usability and for helping the team discover solutions that customers can understand, trust, and use. This includes designing internal workflows, client-facing dashboards, portals, insight experiences, and product interactions that support Ignitium’s mission to orchestrate Account-Based Experiences that drive revenue. The Product Designer will be expected to work upstream in discovery, engage with users, translate complex data and workflows into intuitive experiences, and establish reusable design standards as Ignitium scales its product operating model. Participate in client and internal user discovery sessions.Support product documentation related to workflows, user experience, design standards, and launch readiness.Participate in product team ceremonies, discovery reviews, design critiques, and launch readiness discussions.Support enablement by helping explain new product experiences and user workflows.Collaborate with Product Support to understand recurring usability issues and client friction.Other duties as assigned. Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and usability testing.Experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, analytics products, dashboards, workflow tools, or data-rich applications.Ability to work from ambiguous business and customer problems, not only predefined requirements.Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Lovable, Claude.ai, Figma, Lucid, Miro, or similar tools.Ability to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and prototype validation sessions.Strong visual communication skills, including wireframes, journey maps, workflow diagrams, and interaction flows.Ability to synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, and support patterns into actionable design recommendations.Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, data engineers, client experience teams, and business stakeholders.Practical understanding of design systems or reusable design patterns.Experience with dashboard, reporting, BI, or data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where product design is a new capability.
