Product Design Specialist

We're on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Product Design Specialist who's passionate about turning concepts into functional, market-ready products. What You'll Do • Help design and develop new sunroom and shade products - from initial concept to final production • Improve existing products for better performance, easier manufacturing, and great appearance • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and marketing to bring new ideas to life • Create and update 3D models, drawings, and prototypes • Research materials, suppliers, and new technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve • Participate in testing and quality checks to ensure everything we make meets our high standards • Support product launches with clear documentation and hands-on guidance At Craft-Bilt, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
