Product Design Strategist

**Position:** Product Design Strategist (Job No. 793233)

**Location:** Milpitas, CA (Position is eligible for 100% remote work, from anywhere in the United States, reporting to the company headquarters at 1601 McCarthy Blvd, Suite R-5, Milpitas, CA 95035)

**Duration:** Full-time, regular employment: 40 hrs./wk. (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

**Rate:** at least $164,320 per year

**Job Duties:**

* Lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered product platform, including both the core software interfaces(web and mobile) and customer-facing marketing websites.
* Coordinate across design, engineering, and AI development teams to align feature development with product goals, user needs, and business strategy.
* Conduct user research and competitive analysis to define product requirements, prioritize features, and shape intuitive user journeys.
* Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
* Translate product and design concepts into functional web applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble.io and Streamlit.
* Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle: define scope, set timelines, track progress, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
* Collaborate with AI engineers to design user interfaces that make AI-driven outputs (e.g., recommendations, insights, or content generation) understandable and actionable.
* Develop and maintain the platform’s brand identity system, including logos, style guides, and tone-of-voice documentation to ensure consistent communication across touchpoints.
* Build and optimize marketing websites and landing pages to support user acquisition and onboarding.

**Requirements:**
Position requires, at minimum, a U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
