Product Designer

We're seeking a creative Designer to help shape innovative products and packaging experiences from concept to completion. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to develop visually compelling, customer-focused solutions that support both product strategy and brand growth. Conduct market, consumer, and trend research to support product and packaging directionTurn concepts and business needs into functional, visually engaging product solutionsCreate sketches, concept renderings, mockups, and production-ready 3D modelsDevelop packaging and product ideas that align with customer needs and market opportunitiesBuild CAD models and assist with prototype development and tooling updatesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts and move projects through developmentParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideasPrepare presentation materials for internal reviews and customer-facing meetingsProduce physical prototypes and 3D printed models for evaluation and testingTrack project updates and maintain organized design documentationTravel domestically as needed (up to 15%) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related disciplineExperience contributing to product design and development initiativesExperience with CAD platforms such as SolidWorksHands-on experience with prototyping methods such as 3D printing, fabrication, or CNC processesStrong understanding of user-focused design principles and trend analysisAbility to communicate ideas visually through sketching and concept developmentExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and IllustratorExposure to NX or similar modeling softwareCandidates should include a portfolio link or work samples with their application
