The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the end-to-end design of a consumer-facing web product, from spotting usability problems to designing and shipping the fixes yourself. You will work closely with founders and engineers, turning new requirements into clear, polished experiences.

What you'll do

- Design user flows and interfaces that make complex tasks easy for non-technical users to understand.

- Partner with founders and engineers to turn new project requirements into intuitive experiences.

- Establish and maintain a shared library of interface patterns so the product looks and feels consistent.

- Use AI coding tools to implement and ship your own frontend changes on top of existing infrastructure.

- Prototype quickly, observe how people use the product and iterate to improve usability.

- Set a high bar for craft and finish, paying attention to the small details that make an interface feel dependable.
