Product Designer

Raydar San Francisco, California

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the first dedicated designer on a small team, shaping how a multi-audience software product looks, feels and behaves. Blend design craft with hands-on front-end coding, and partner closely with leadership, engineering, product and go-to-market colleagues to ship quickly.

What you'll do

- Get to know the product deeply across every type of user and pinpoint where people run into friction.

- Create and maintain shared visual and interaction standards, tidying up inconsistencies that piled up while the team shipped without a design owner.

- Review usage analytics and session recordings to learn what works, then turn those findings into concrete improvements.

- Collaborate with engineering, product and go-to-market colleagues so the experience feels coherent on every screen.

- Redesign and build the company marketing site ahead of launch, from page structure and navigation through visuals to front-end code.
