Key Responsibilities Translate business needs and user challenges into thoughtful design solutions Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web-based products Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and business goals Collaborate to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability Work closely with engineering to ensure your designs come to life exactly as intended Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions and prioritize enhancements Help make complex B2B workflows feel simple, fast, and intuitive This may be the job for you if: You have 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS. You possess clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders. You have experience in motion design or data visualization (preferred, not required).
