Product Designer (UI and Visual Design)

This is a hybrid role (3x per week in office) supporting various consumer-facing web-based products. Design Systems and Standards • Contribute to the design system in Figma and support documentation of components and patterns • Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints by applying best practices in visual design and accessibility • Approach complex problems with systematic thinking and scalable design solutions Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in UI, UX, interaction or digital product design • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform digital design work • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility and visual design • Skilled in annotating complex interactions and working closely with development teams • Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a growth mindset • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and understanding of agile development workflows preferred • Knowledge of conversion optimization or e-commerce design preferred The Solomon Page Distinction About Solomon Page
