OverviewThis position focuses on designing products for Cruise and Entertainment customers, including craft kits, photo frames, and promotional giveaways, with occasional opportunities to support retail projects. This includes original graphic design work and licensed product opportunities.
The Product Designer manages the end-to-end design process for assigned projects from concept through production. Responsibilities include ideation, visual development, digital mockup creation, physical prototyping, and delivering compelling presentations.

Design and Artwork CreationDesign physical entertainment products and product packaging in collaboration with developers, factory partners, sales teams, and clientsCreate and deliver compelling presentations and pitches, including rational behind design, visual concepts, brand strategy, and product functionIdentify and translate trends and client branding into eye-catching graphics for productsWork across multiple visual and graphic styles and follow a variety of brand guidelinesOutput factory ready art files and tech packs following product development specifications and industry standards for productionBrainstorm with designers and developers to create new and exciting promotional products and craft kitsAssist the production team with factory communications and production filesWork closely with the Product Development team to ensure the creation of functional products; understand how to design graphics for products within manufacturing capabilitiesAlign with Art Director and Product Management on project updates, timelines, and deliverablesProject OwnershipWork on multiple complex projects simultaneously while owning deadlines and deliverablesBalance creativity with tight turnaround times, revisions, and technical challenges for numerous projectsAdapt to working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment.Familiarity with project management software/tools like Monday.com is a plusKnowledge, Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Graphic Design or Product Design3-5 years of experience in design on physical consumer products (not UI/UX) – branding and experience working with licensed assets is preferredA portfolio demonstrating design projects from concept to production.
