Job Description As a production specialist and retail sales associate at Big Frog, you will work with our small sales and graphic design team in a fun and productive environment to deliver the “Big Frog Experience” to our customers as you greet them, help them with their custom garment needs, take and fulfill their orders, and make their concepts and designs a reality. Experience with one of more of the following graphics programs a plus: PhotoShop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw. Prior graphics work experience is NOT required - your experience can be from classes or personal projects. Print and press garments using our digital printer, vinyl cutter and heat press. Confirming designs and artwork are print ready (high quality images / vector artwork) Printing and pressing shirts at an efficient speed while not making mistakes Use the Big Frog POS (Point of Sale) system to generate quotes and invoices and collect money from customers.
