Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Artist role based in Rogers, AR. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with experience preparing production-ready files.Background in Packaging Design and related retail or product design work.Applied understanding of Art fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience working with printers or production vendors and familiarity with print specifications is beneficial.Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred.
