Production Artist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Artist role based in Rogers, AR. The Production Artist will prepare and refine artwork for packaging, displays, and other retail materials, ensuring files are accurate, consistent, and ready for print or digital delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts into production-ready files, following brand guidelines, applying layout and typography standards, and checking color, resolution, and dimensions. The role will collaborate with designers, account teams, and vendors to troubleshoot production issues, manage revisions, and meet project deadlines. The Production Artist will also maintain organized asset libraries and support quality control across all visual outputs.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with experience preparing production-ready files.Background in Packaging Design and related retail or product design work.Applied understanding of Art fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience working with printers or production vendors and familiarity with print specifications is beneficial.Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred.
