Production Artist

SUMMARY This is an entry-level, in house Creative Department position based in Santa Cruz, CA Ability to work from home remotely, required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Create digital mockups of products using Adobe Photoshop • Perform image editing (retouching, color correction, color change, removing blemishes, color matching apparel, etc.) • Batch process, resize and optimize web images for all platforms • Work with developers to coordinate sample delivery and return • Edit, maintain, upload and organize product images across multiple platforms • Maintain, clean, and organize photo studio, equipment, props, and sets • Provide production support to creative team on quarterly POP program • Assist in the design of sales flyers, internal documents and announcements • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Support the Creative Department with a variety of miscellaneous tasks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Intermediate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills • Basic understanding of MS Office suite • Product photography background, or interest in product photography, a plus • Ecommerce merchandising experience, a plus • Self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment • Must have a keen eye for detail and highly organized Upon interviewing, a variety of exercises will be presented in order to showcase strengths, and skill sets.
