**Responsibilities:** * Provides compelling creative solutions, from concept to completion for all assigned tasks including, but not limited to, direct mail, signage, brochures, circular ad, logos, illustrations, digital tactics, and presentation materials * Creates and develops complex ad layouts, formats, headings, and ad bugs, with little or no guidance * Leads and participates in special project work teams to develop Marketing collateral for presentation and printing * Collaborates and actively participates in brainstorming sessions with various cross-functional groups **About You:** * 1+ years of experience with formal education/training in art, graphic design, illustration, retail advertising or related field * Bachelor's degree preferred * Advanced experience with the Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) * Knowledge of pre-press production techniques Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
